Professional Profile

I am currently a full stack engineer at the National Football League. I attended the illustrious Howard University where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and I am currently pursuing my masters in Data Science at Harvard University. While completing my undergraduate degree I taught myself Ruby on Rails and applied this knowledge to several projects and local hackathons. One of my notable contributions was to the US Presidential Innovation Fellow, Hack the Pay Gap. Outside of building amazing applications, I volunteer with Black Girls Code as a Technical Lead and , I volunteer as a hackathon organizer for Howard University’s hackathon Bison Hacks. As of 2018, I was nominated as DCA Live Power Women in Tech. When I am not volunteering or coding I like to spend my free doing arts & craft and gaming.

Full Stack Engineer

2023 - Present
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest and process various types of NFL data sources using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
  • Deploy Shiny(R) applications into AWS utilizing infrastructure as code AWS-CDK.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs for a mission critical application that support NFL game operations.
  • Place scripts and applications in Docker containers for production and development use cases.
  • Developed desktop application for analyzing user traffic with Electron JS.
  • Integrate web applications with Okta and AWS Cognito to handle authentication/authorization.
  • Create CI/CD pipelines with Code Build and Code Pipeline for NFL packages, applications and pipelines.
